Just so that all of you know my photography is totally self motivated and completed. Yes, I am taking an advanced photography course in High School, but that is because I love it!! I do all of the work myself, and come up with all of the ideas myself (with a little creative advice from some very important and trusted people, of course). I roll my own black and white film, load it into the camera myself, take all the photos, put the film into a canister for developing, develop the film, dry it, make contact sheetsof the negatives, put the negatives into an enlarger, dust them, make test strips from the negatives, print photos from the negatives, dry my prints, spotone them if necessary, and mat all of my prints myself. These are abilities that most high school students do not have, and I feel privileged to be able to do all of these things! I also feel that this style of photography is not as well recognized during these modern times, and I just wanted to clear up the fact that I still practice and love traditional darkroom photography!!!! I do dabble in digital photography occasionally, however all of my digital photos posted on here will be in color rather than black and white like my traditional darkroom photography!
